Interior Painting

May 30 2014

We want to make painting the inside of your home as easy for you as possible. We work on consecutive business days so we limit the days we are on your job site. Also, we will cover and mask everything to ensure paint stays on the walls and not on your furniture.
Before we begin any interior painting project we recommend that you remove any breakable, fragile or special items just as a precaution.

Masking your floors helps prevents stains from drips on your carpet or hardwood floors.

  • Move all furniture and securely cover with plastic or drop cloths as necessary.
  • Remove all switch plate covers and window coverings as necessary.
  • Mask and cover flooring.
  • Dust, wash and sand as necessary.
  • Caulk around windows, door casings, baseboards and any others areas deemed necessary. Remove any unwanted nails, hangers, hooks and brackets. Drywall repairs and spot prime as needed, paying special attention to any water marks or stains.
  • Apply finish coats as specified.
  • Replace switch plate covers and furniture.
  • Clean up job site and label all touch up paint for customer.
  • Walk through with the customer during the final inspection
